Day 1: Identify – Expose the Cringe
You can’t heal what you refuse to see. The first step is to identify the parts of yourself you’re avoiding—the flaws, the regrets, the self-sabotage. Instead of running from them, we turn them into your greatest strength.
We will be doing healing exercises using sound and color here.
Why this matters: You can’t build anything while secretly believing you’re not enough. We’re rewriting that story—starting now.
Day 2: Process – Rewrite the Narrative
Once we’ve uncovered your hidden Cringe, it’s time to break free from the stories keeping you stuck. We dive into what’s been holding you back, work through past experiences, and clear emotional baggage—without bypassing or avoiding the real work. This day we organize the mind.
Why this matters: If you keep seeing yourself the same way, you’ll keep getting the same results. It’s time to reclaim your power and create a new identity—one that feels safe to step into.
Day 3: Heal – Cleansing and Releasing
This is where the deep transformation happens mind, body, and energy. This day we clear it from the body and energy, through a Cringe Clearing Sound and Color Journey and guided exercises, you’ll experience an energetic shift that helps you release old patterns and step into a new version of yourself.
Why this matters: Healing isn’t just about thinking differently—it’s about feeling different, acting different, and embodying confidence from the inside out.
Day 4: Integrate – Own Your Glow
No more waiting for the “perfect moment.” In this final step, we take everything you’ve uncovered, healed, and transformed—and bring it into your daily life. You’ll leave this Telegram Challenge with a clear plan to show up as the real you—without fear, shame, or hesitation.
