Why Do Some People Often Wear Black?
As mentioned before, black helps us feel protected. The question here is why do you need to feel protected all the time?
Black helps us blend in, so why do you want to blend in constantly? What does wearing other colors represent to you? If you have resistance, that's great! Let’s explore it.

Why Do Some People Often Wear White?
There’s always a debate about whether white is a color or just a shade. We know that white reflects other colors. Colors bounce from it. What does this mean for you? This means that when you want to project things outward, wear white, and visualize in white.

How to Rainbow Cleanse Your Home
Releasing stuck energy can result in positive changes in our lives. It brings more positive feelings to your home and your life. Sleeping becomes easier and deeper. Conversations flow more smoothly, and fewer arguments occur. You will feel more centered, and staying in the moment becomes much easier and consistent. Cleansing your home is a great message to the universe that you are ready to welcome abundance and love into your life. Letting go of negative energy makes way for new things to come. Burning herbs increases oxygen supply to the brain, clears away germs from the air, and the smell helps with relaxation
Healing in the Arena

Just hiding away until you're perfect, and then you can come back into the world. I feel like this concept is fully embraced and not talked about correctly, especially in the spiritual world.
